It's Alive!

Well, at least I can detect a pulse!

For a while now I've had the idea of creating a site where people could write reviews of different bars, pubs and clubs in the area. That would give me an excuse to visit more of the city and have some fun with friends. So I had the bright idea to start Portland Pub Crawl. What is that you ask? Well here's the explanation I added to the site:

pub

n : (British) A tavern consisting of a building with a bar and public rooms; often provides light meals. [syn: public house, saloon, pothouse, gin mill, taphouse]

crawl

v : To move slowly by drawing the body along the ground, as a worm; to move slowly on hands and knees; to creep. Hence, to move or advance in a feeble, slow, or timorous manner. [syn: creep]

pub crawl

v : To go from one pub to the next and get progressively more drunk. [syn: bar hop]

Portland Pub Crawl

n : The journal of some guys as they review every pub in Portland Oregon.
