Interview Questions

I'm bored out of my skull again and I don't even care enough to fake working. I'm going to post a few of my non-programming interview questions. Does anyone care to try and solve them?

There are three baskets of fruit. The first one is full of apples, the second is full of oranges and the third one is filled with a mix of apples and oranges. Each basket also has a sign showing what fruit is in the basket, but the signs all lie. Can you pick one piece of fruit from one basket and then move each sign to the correct basket? If so, how?
