I feel old, unattractive and broken down. I look at the choices I can make and every one of them leads to a life filled with isolation and depression. It's days like today that make me understand why people can easily slip into a bottle.

Recovery

Well I didn't end up at the bottom of a bottle. Go me.

However, this is so very wrong! And not safe for work, church, children or pretty much anyone.
