Two down, three to go...

I had my appointment with my eye doctor this morning. I think the inside of my eyes is now the most photographed part of my body. I had five more pictures taken of each eye.

There were no signs of macular degeneration or diabetic retinopathy and my perscription hasn’t changed. So there’s some good news and at least one part of my body isn’t breaking down.

Dancing Phalanges

The appointment with the hand surgeon just led to another doctor appointment. He couldn’t find any reason for my finger motion problems. So I’m off to see a neurologist to have my nerve function tested to see if that’s the problem.

I guess the good news is that the hand surgeon said that the bones and tendons in my hand looked good. There were no signs of damage on the x-rays. Other than the one muscle that is not working right which is causing my problem the rest of the muscles seem to be working well.

I’m not sure if I feel better or worse…
