Shaker Lime Pie?

hollyqueen had the idea to replace the lemons with limes or oranges in the Shaker Lemon Pie. I think this is a fantastic idea and I'll give it a go with limes next Crafty Night.
Using limes should be just a simple replacement. Oranges will probably require reducing the amount of sugar. But it's something I'll do in the name of Pie!
