UPS Fucked It Up Again
Aug. 26th, 2009 08:59 amUPS, why do you make me provide a phone number if you won't use it when there's an issue? The shipper put my billing zip code in the delivery address which isn't correct. So my packages made it to Seattle to only be turned around and returned. Why not make a quick call and I can tell you the correct zip code? Hell, why not use the USPS service to look up the damn zip code? FUCK I HATE UPS!!!!
Update: To be fair to UPS and spread the blame where it belongs NewEgg.com gets a good share of the blame too. They have my phone number but they won't make outgoing calls according to their rep. Sure they offered me $50 off my next order, but it will still take 3-5 business days to get my refund after the packages arrive back at their facility. I asked the rep why should I stay with NewEgg.com with these policies. UPS screws up delivery for me more than 50% of the time and this just means I don't get my order, or the specials that were in effect at the time I ordered. I can just go to any of a hundred other online retailers and let's not forget the local small business.
