Disconnect?!!?

Microsoft released new versions of their developer tools a few days ago. Having a bit of free time I thought I would download the express versions and see what's new. As with earlier versions you download a small executable which then downloads and installs all the components that make up Visual Studio 2005. In the middle of the install I get this message:

Download complete. You may disconnect from the Internet.

Are you serious?

I'm not familiar with why that prompt is there, but broadband penetration isn't quite as high elsewhere in the world--with the exception of places like Korea.
