Last night hollyqueen and I went to Everett to see the Barenaked Ladies. Because it was snowing I expected a lot more trouble with idiots on the road but we didn't have any trouble. By the time the show ended it had stopped snowing and the roads were wet but very driveable.

The setup at the Everett Events Center was pretty cosy and we had really great seats. The guys put on a great show. During the show they stopped to let Matt dance for a video they were making. Who says being goofy on camera can't get you places?

Wow. I saw BNL at Bumbershoot years ago. Yes, they're good, and goofy. I'm surprised they weren't booked someplace in Seattle.

The mysteries of booking bands are beyond me. Maybe it has to do with the ticket sales they expected. The seating only used half of the arena and wasn't packed.
