Deception Pass

Thanks to suggestions hollyqueen and I went up to Deception Pass State Park for a picnic yesterday. I had a great day with my favorite girl. I took a few photos while we were there, which you can view if you like.

Today it's back to chores and other things that aren't as much fun.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it. After recommending it to you, Gabriel decided that we had to go today. ^_^ It's one of my favorite places and there are actually a huge number of trails to explore and a lot more park than people realize.

I'm going to have to go back. We spent most of our time on the beach enjoying the sun and waves but I know there is a lot more on the trails to see.

I think I'm also going to have to take a kayak tour around the area a few times.
