Ketchikan Alaska I think. It was one of the places we stopped when we went on a inside passage cruise from Seattle to Alaska.

Awesome. There aren't many left, and it's rare to see one in that good a condition.

It might be in Anchorage. I found a list of rotary snowplows and it said there was one in Anchorage. Too bad I didn't get pictures of its number or other views while I was there.
