Organization?

On Thursdays I listen to a radio show on an internet radio station. Last night I was chatting with the DJ on IRC during the show and somehow I agreed to organize a dinner for a band playing a show in Seattle on October 14th. Whoops...

Actually, this is a blast and I'm enjoying it. I guess I should pick up a couple of their albums to listen to the music before the dinner.

I think I've got it covered. I have picked a restaurant and I'm going to call them later to check the availability and pricing. I can't think of any magic questions I need to ask.

I think the difficult part will be herding the band and the guests to the proper location at the proper time.

I think you would succeed as an event planner. Every time I pick you up from one of your company events a lot of people stop me to tell me the wonderful time they had at the event. Seriously.
