Dream stealing?

I’ve seen a few things going around the web comparing Avatar to Pocahontas/Fern Gully/whatever. One thing I haven’t seen much is how James Cameron seems to have used Roger Dean’s art as inspiration for Pandora. Not that I’m sure Mr. Dean was the first person to paint floating mountains but there are some significant similarities in my view.
