For years I've told anyone who wanted to quit smoking to stop buying cigarettes. Now it's time for me to take my own advice. [livejournal.com profile] hollyqueen and I went to Weight Watchers tonight to start loosing weight. So, I'm going to follow their plan to see if I can achieve my goal of loosing 31 pounds. As of tonight I weighed 312.


I'll also be giving the The Hacker's Diet a deep read and check that out. None of this no-fat high carbohydrate junk or the insipid all fat, no carb whackos. Has anyone thought of the one true weight loss scheme? Eat less, exercise more.


I have a huge negative opinion of support groups and other whackos due to a forced stint of Alateen meetings. At least the WW people aren't whining about how it's not their fault and look for someone to blame. I'll keep my opinions in check and give them an honest evaluation. As long as they don't expect me to get up and say a damn thing. The first time there's forced group participation I'm gonna puke.

Yes!!! No way I can give up sushi! 4 pieces of maki, nigiri or nori maki sushi is only 2 points. I should be eating about 33 points a day, so that's 22 pieces for lunch.
