Folding

I've been spending lunch hours solving Perplex City cards. So far I've solved most of the red cards (the easiest difficult) and have started on the orange set. Here's the card I solved today:

At first I thought I needed to rearrange the letters some as if they were pieces in a triomino game but the picture didn't really break into the triangle pieces. The next thing I thought of was a paper thing we used to fold in grade school to "predict" the future. I didn't know what they were but searching for "fold catcher" led me to a Girl Power page with instructions on how to fold a Cootie Catcher. So I found a piece of paper, folded one and then copied the letters on it. Sure enough I was able to find the solution. I'll not post it here but I will let anyone know if they get it correct. I have to say that I'm a little disappointed that there isn't a Boy Power website that's run by the government. I think they could benefit from the same sort of information tailored to them.
